The Garden Room Starts on Site

Once Party Wall Awards had been issued we were clear for work to start. Initial works have focused on remedial measures to the existing house, such as stiffening the upper floors, tying back internal studs and strengthening external walls at the top of the house, where some weakness had been identified.

Re-Designing The Garden Room

Planning Permission for Holly Grove was acquired earlier in the year. However following the strip-out and further client consultation, it was decided that the scope of the project should reduce to align with perceived use in the future.

Strip-Out in Peckham

Much of the dry lining and finishes were removed from the property back in September to allow the building to 'dry out' after several decades of sub-division, limited use and poor maintenance, which had degraded the structure to some extent.
