JBA were appointed as design consultant for the extension and refurbishment of a 4* Hotel in Mayfair. The design and build contract was agreed based on a pre-prepared tender document. JBA were appointed by the contractor to provide detailed design and construction information, and to deliver the scheme with Building Regulations approval.
With structural, mechanical services and interiors consultants involved, there was a constant need to coordinate information, while maintaining the highest possible standard for the client.
