Ground Floor Excavation, Rear Extension and Internal Refurbishment.
The property required significant remedial works after years of poor maintenance. The external walls were insulated and an MVHR system was installed to improve the building's thermal performance.
Improving circulation, and encouraging the infiltration of light and air were central to the brief.
